Outpatient Care Manual

01Fill out an application for admission

  • In the application for the initial examination, which can be taken in the waiting room, fill out your name, resident registration number, address, phone number, medical department and doctor.

02Registration and reception

  • Submit the completed application, health insurance certificate and patient record (in case of re-admission) at the reception desk.
  • In case of re-admission, you do not need to fill out the application for initial examination.
  • If you do not have health insurance certificate with you, Contact your insurance agent.

03Medical department

  • In the application for the initial examination, which can be taken in the waiting room, fill out your name, resident registration number, address, phone number, medical department, and doctor.
    Treatment is on a First come-First serve basis for those at their designated department.

    Hospitalization: At the doctor’s referral, the patient can register for hospitalization at a special window, following the designated instructions.

04Payment and receiving prescriptions

  • If, as directed by a doctor, you undergo an x-ray or examination, then after receiving the results of the examination, you can obtain a medical prescription at the appropriate desk.
  • A medical prescription can be obtained at the prescription desk without going through an examination.

05Hospitalization

  • At the doctor’s referral, the patient can register for hospitalization at a special window, following the designated instructions.

Outpatient treatment and treatment duration

(Hospital departments may close earlier on Sundays, so be sure to check opening hours.)

Reception hours

  • Sunday – Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Friday: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
  • Emergency medical care: 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Reception hours

  • Sunday – Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Friday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
  • Emergency medical care: Emergency patients and women with babies can receive treatment 24 hours a day.
  • Saturday – emergency only, Sunday – regular working day
  • The ophthalmology department is closed on Sundays (inquiries by phone: 051-600-7721)

Lunch break

  • Sunday-Thursday/Friday: 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm

Appointments

By previous appointment

  • If you made an appointment at the hospital, you can come to the appropriate department at the appointed time.
  • If you made an appointment by phone, you can simply come to the appropriate department.

Without appointment

  • At the first admission, you must fill out an application on the 1st floor of the hospital at the reception desk and hand it over along with your health insurance certificate.
  • In case of re-admission, you shall present the patient record or health insurance certificate at the reception desk on the 1st floor.
