Hospitalization decision
- If you received a hospitalization decision from a doctor after undergoing outpatient treatment (or at the emergency department), take the document to the admission window for hospitalization on the 1st floor of building B.

Hospitalization procedure
- After confirming the hospitalization decision, you will receive a hospitalization form and fill out the electronic consent form.
- If you would like to receive a special ward or comprehensive nursing care, fill out the appropriate consent form and submit it with your admission form.
- Patients receive a patient identification bracelet and caregivers receive a pass.
- If an examination is necessary (electrocardiogram, blood sampling, X-ray, etc.), you will be taken to the ward after all tests are completed.
- Pregnant women and patients in the emergency department are hospitalized first.
Inpatient treatment
- The nurse will guide you through the ward and provide you with explanations, such as precautions during the inpatient treatment.
Calculating the intermediate cost of treatment
- During hospitalization, an intermediate medical bill will be issued.
- The interim payment for treatment must be made at the reception / discharge desk within 2-3 days.
- If you have any questions on medical expenses, please contact the employee at the reception / discharge desk.

Decision on discharge
- If your doctor determines that you can be discharged, you can ask the ward nurse about the decision on discharge.
- When the bill for inpatient treatment has been printed, we will notify your hospital ward by phone.
Discharge procedure and payment of medical expenses
- If you are notified of payment for hospitalization, you will be given a bill to pay at the hospital discharge desk.
Getting your medication on discharge
- If you have any medication to get on discharge, simply take the inpatient bill to the pharmacy on the 2nd floor of Building A and you will be given the prescribed medication.
Discharge
- Talk to your Consulting physician and nurse about post-discharge treatment.
Payment system in case of temporary discharge
- Temporary discharge is a system in which, in case of discharge on the afternoon of Friday, Saturday or holidays, the patient leaves a deposit at the reception and discharge desk, and the exact payment is made 1-3 days after discharge.
- Temporary discharge is possible on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and holidays.
