Article 50-2 of the Law on Information and Communication Networks (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of email addresses, etc.)

• No one can collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect data from sites on the Internet that do not allow collection of email addresses.
• No one can sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of clause 1.
• Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, anyone aware that the email address has been stolen or sold should not use it
